What is MyPaymentsHub?

MyPaymentsHub connects businesses and payers through Smart Payment Agreements™

We enable payers to take control of their direct debit, credit/debit card and PayTo payments by providing 24/7 access to update personal information, payment schedules and payment methods.

More businesses are choosing to send Smart Payment Agreements everyday. This is great news because Smart Payment Agreements are more secure and transparent than old-style direct debit agreements and built to work for you and the businesses you pay.

How does a smart payment agreement™ work?

A business using one of our network banks sends you, their customer, a Smart Payment Agreement™ (this is like a payment request).

You review the details and choose your payment method (this could be a bank account using PayTo, Direct Debit, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX etc).

Once you have completed your onboarding, you can return to your MyPaymentsHub at anytime to view, update and manage your payments. It could look a bit like this...
